About Us

Patty's Food  began in 2016 in Lake Charles, Louisiana with a 3/4" pork steak, marinated in our secret recipe of herbs, oils and spices and smoked. Over the years and throughout the Lake Charles area, this scrumptious steak birthed the slogan of "One Good Ass Sammich".  The Louisiana Hot Sauce and the "Errrthang" Dipping sauce became a HUGE success! Our sandwiches are still served today with sandwich bread and our secret "Errrthang" sauce.

We later added on our various sweet carnival-styled treats: Funnel Cakes, Deep Fried Oreos, Cotton Candy and Shaved Ice. With this decision, it has increased the happiness and fulfillment of our customers.
